Leadership Transition Series

Coaching-based development designed for the real challenges transitioning leaders face

Looking at Leadership is a short-form, coach-led program for high-potential employees who are curious about leadership. Participants explore what leadership really requires beyond expertise or control. Using BrC’s Leadership Transition Matrix, they engage in practical dialogue that builds awareness and sets the stage for future growth.

Leadership Essentials is a six-month program for new people leaders that builds the skills and confidence needed to lead teams effectively. Through individual coaching and structured learning, participants develop emotional intelligence, strengthen communication, and grow into their leadership role.

Leadership Success is a three-month program for managers with some experience who want to deepen their leadership effectiveness. Participants receive targeted coaching and apply real-world strategies to strengthen feedback, accountability, and difficult conversation skills.

Next Level Leadership is a six-month program for mid-level leaders transitioning from managing individuals to leading other managers. Participants build confidence and capability in strategic execution, cross-functional influence, and leadership development through coaching and real-world application.  

Strategic Shift is a six-month program for Director and Business Unit Leaders stepping into enterprise-level influence. Participants strengthen executive presence, strategic thinking, and stakeholder leadership to guide their organizations through complexity and growth.
